Ever wonder what other people are checking out at the Katy Library?
In 2012, the most checked out title was a picture book by Michael Chabon called The Astonishing Secret of Awesome Man. Various copies of it checked out a whomping 339 times this year.

I'm reorganizing my diet after reading The Happiness Diet by Tyler Graham and Drew Ramsey. I knew that eating things like sugar would make me peppy at first and crash me later, but I didn't realize how certain vitamins and minerals can affect the actual workings of my brain. Eat the right things and avoid the wrong things - you can improve your mood and increase your energy level. Check it out!
