I've never read a better book on the subject than Spy Secrets That Can Save Your Life by former CIA officer Jason Hanson. You may have seen the author on the TV show Shark Tank. Now, read the book.

Don't miss the annual Howl-A-Ween at the City of Katy Dog Park located behind the library. It all happens on Saturday, 10/31 from 9:00am - noon. Get Fido in his costume and enjoy the fun. Cost of admission is one bag or can of dog food per dog.
