What's After HBO?

The HBO series, Boardwalk Empire is insanly popular, and the the season finale is just a few weeks away (Sunday, December 5th).  Realizing that many of you will soon need something to do with that extra free time I have created a list of items that you might enjoy.

so why am  I still recommend it to young people?

 

 

 

 

 

Pokemon Club will be held on Thursday, October 28th @ 4:00 pm

Children ages 7 to 10 years old are invited to join our Pokémon Club! 
This meeting will be a great opportunity to meet other players and share ideas.  Please bring you Nintendo DS, trading cards, books and anything else that you would like to discuss. 

A small snack will be provided.

Early Literacy Program for Families: Saturday, October 30th

 In partnership with the Children's Museum of Houston, the Atascocita Branch Library is proud to present “For the Children,” a program based on Para Los Niños. Come join the fun as we share books and hand on activities that encourage communication and early literacy skills. 

Halloween Horrors an After School Special

Tuesday, October 26th @ 4:00 pm

Our program will include spooky tales and a spider craft.  

This program is not for the faint of heart.

 

Halloween Storytime Programs

At the Atascocita Branch Library, we have several special storytimes planned for the week of Halloween.  To help spread holiday cheer children are encouraged to wear costumes.
