Asian/Pacific Heritage Month Craft for "Magical Monday"

Come make an origami craft, Monday, May 20, at 4 pm in the Children's Activity Room. 

Dragoneers will have their last meeting for the school year, Thursday, May 23, at 4 pm.

"Magical Monday" Craft and Kids Yoga

Kids come try out some yoga with "Melissa" Monday, May 13, at 4 pm. Miss Rose will set up tables for a craft at the front of the Children's Area.

We will have information about the Summer Reading Club in a few weeks.We will have calendars to give out then.

Miss Connie and the Dragoneers Craft

Miss Connie has another great craft for the Dragoneers, Thursday, May 9, at 4 pm.  They will be discussing books and having a snack.

We're still finalizing plans for the summer and will let everyone know when our calendars for the Summer Reading Program are ready.  It will probably in the last weeks of May.

Miss Rose has a craft planned for "Magical Monday" May 13, at 4 pm.

Magical Monday Mothers' Day Craft

Join Miss Jane for a Mothers' Day Craft, Monday, May 6,  at 4 pm, in the Childrens' Activity Room.

Don't forget K.R.A.K.E.N. on the first and third Thursdays this month with Miss Sarah and Miss Leanne.

Summer Reading information will be available in the last weeks of this month.

"Magical Monday" Puppet Show

Have some fun with Miss Rose, Miss Connie, and Miss Jane as we present a  puppet show Monday, April 22, at 4 pm in the Children's Activity Room. After the show, there will be puppets to make and take home.

Don't forget Dragoneers, Thursday, April 25, at 4 pm.

"Magical Monday" Craft - Bluebonnets

Our "Magical Monday" craft for Monday, April 15, at 4 pm will be making bluebonnets.  Sunday, April 21, is San Jacinto Day and the bluebonnets are blooming everywhere.  

Don't forget our Family Storytime on Saturdays at 10:30 am in the Children's area.

 Miss Rose has a surprise craft for "Magical Monday," April 8, at 4 pm in the Children's Activity Room.

Welcome to Miss Sarah, our new Children's Assistant. She will be helping Miss Leanne, with K.R.A.K.E.N, (Kids Reading Around Kingwood Every Night,) Thursday, at 4 pm.  This is a graphic novel book club for kids

Magical Monday Easter Craft

 On Thursday, March 21, at 4 pm in the Children's Activity Room,  Miss Leanne is meeting with the children's graphic novel book club called: "K.R.A.K.E.N." which means:  Kids Reading Around Kingwood Every Night. They meet every first and third Thursday of the month.

For Magical Monday, March 25, at 4 pm, we will be making bunny and egg crafts.

Dragoneers With Miss Connie During Spring Break

If you have been wondering what Dragoneers is all about, here's your chance:  they will be meeting during Spring  Break, Thursday, March 14, at 4 pm in the Children's Activity Room. The Dragoneers meet, then march around the Children's Area, discuss which book they have been reading, hear a story read by Miss Connie, make a craft, and have a snack. 

Rodeo Craft for Magical Monday and Plans for Spring Break

Magical Monday, March 4, at 4 pm will be a rodeo craft for kids. Come and check it out.

For Spring Break we have a lot of plans. Magical Monday, March 11, at 4 pm will be another great gardening craft presented by the Kingwood Garden Club.  They will show kids how to make a fairy garden.  Tuesday, March 12 at 10 am in the Kingwood Meeting Room just off the lobby on the right, we have the Carranza Puppets performing.  On Friday, March 15, at 2:15 pm, we have a movie with free popcorn.
