Come to the Tuesday Craft at 4:30 pm on February 16 to create your very own friendship bracelet. Kids 6-12 are welcome.

Come to the Tuesday Craft on February 2 at 4:30 to make Valentine Stitches. We'll be meeting in the teen area. All kids ages 8-12 are welcome.

Eat & Treats Cooking Club

Join us at Teen Time on Monday for the Eats & Treats Cooking Club at 4 pm.  This month we're making Chicken and Dumplings from scratch.  Learn how to make the dough for this savory stew.  All teens 12-18 are welcome.

Come to the Tuesday Craft on January 19 at 4:30 to create your very own snow shooter. All kids 8-12 are welcome.

Anchor Bracelets

Come to Teen Time Monday at 4:00 pm (late arrivals are welcome) to make this anchor bracelet.  We'll also have snacks and a movie.  All teens 12-18 are welcome.

Yay! It's finally cold! Come and make Sock Snowmen(or Snowwomen) at theTuesday Craft (pretty much the only type of snowman you can make in Houston) at 4:30 pm. All kids 6-12 are welcome!

Everyone's invited to Teen Time on Monday, December 21 at  4:00 pm to watch Classic Christmas Cartoons. There will be hot cocoa (the meeting room should be cold enough, even if it's not outside) and candy canes. Some come and relive your childhood, or enjoy it if you are still experiencing it!

Your Lack of Patience is Disturbing... So Come to the Library!

Next week Star Wars: Episode VII The Force Awakens comes to theaters amid hords of Storm Troopers, Wookies, and various other fans awaiting with baited breath to either praise J.J. Abrams or well... But let me point out  these fabulous graphic novels based on the Star Wars franchise Jeffrey Brown has created.  They tell the story very sweetly of Darth Vader raising Luke and Leia.
