New Adult Crafts-to-Go Project Celebrates Native American Heritage Month Beginning 11/4

The Clear Lake City-County Freeman Branch Library’s Adult “Crafts-to-Go!” program will have a new project available starting the first Monday of the month – November 4th. Since November is Native American Heritage Month, our project is an "Indian Corn" Pin.

The Clear Lake City - County Freeman Branch Library invites you to join us for our Adult Programs this November*.  We will continue with TGIF Programs, various book clubs (mystery, great books, two science fiction/fantasy clubs, and YA Book Club for Adults), Freeman Needlecrafters, Adult Crafts to Go, Clear Lake Area Writers (CLAW), and SCORE Counseling.

The Clear Lake City-County Freeman Branch Library TGIF Programs & UHCL/CLASP invite adults of all ages to join us this Friday, November 1st,at 10:30 am in the Children’s Activity Space.

Tomorrow!!! - Trivia Express Featured Film Series - Module #1

For each Trivia Express topic, we will show a topical film. These films will be viewed in the Teen Zone on the 2nd Floor of the library. Please contact the library for the exact titles. Also, our audience will earn Trivia Express Flair for attending this showing.

TGIF Programs' Friday Film Series Continues Friday 10/25

The next TGIF Programs Friday Film Series viewing will be Friday, October 25th at 10:15 AM in the Children’s Activity Space. We are showing a classic 1954 Alfred Hitchcock film starring Jimmy Stewart and Grace Kelly.

All Aboard the Trivia Express (New Online Program)

The Clear Lake City - County Freeman Branch Library invites patrons of all ages to hop onto the Trivia Express. The Trivia Express will regularly presents quizzes on a variety of topics. Each quiz will focus on a subject that can be researched by using resources from Harris County Public Library. The actual trivia challenge will be on a Google Drive maintained by Freeman Library Staff.
