Who doesn’t love a man in a kilt?

What is it about those Highlanders that make them so popular? Is it their myths and legends or their customs and traditions that are so appealing? Or maybe it is that they are fiercely loyal, love their women and take care of their families. My guess is that it is all of the above. Happy reading!

Need a few more rakes and rogues in your life?

Of course the first rakes and rogues that come to my mind are in Johanna Lindsey’s, Mallory-Anderson Family Saga Series. Ten books in all, each one better than the last they are all must reads! My favorite is Gentle Rogue.  Which one is yours?

1. Love Only Once (1985)
2. Tender Rebel (1988)
3. Gentle Rogue (1990)
4. The Magic of You (1993)
5. Say You Love Me (1996)
6. The Present (1998)
7. A Loving Scoundrel (2004))
8. Captive of My Desires (2006)
9. No Choice But Seduction (2008)
10. That Perfect Someone (2010)

Are the men in Houston as hot and steamy as the weather?

I love to read books that are set in locations where I have lived. I was noticing how many romance novels are set in Texas. Then to narrow it down a little closer to home, right here in Houston. Houston men appear in quite a few romance novels. Coming from all walks of life, rich oil men, attorneys, FBI agents, these Texas men are steaming up the pages.  Who are your favorite men from Houston?
