I have to tell you more about.........Susan Andersen

When I wrote my last blog I started reading Susan Andersen's books. I kept right on going and read myself into another blog post! I wanted to share that in addition to the humor; I wrote about in my last blog, her books are contemporary romance and romantic suspense stories. They are upbeat, fast paced and witty, with great characters, just like I like them. I really love series and she has three good ones for you to try.  For more information check out Susan Andersen's website

We are thankful for………

At Bear Creek we are thankful for:

 Our wonderful customers
The Friends of the Bear Creek library
All of our wonderful volunteers
Our family and friends
We are also thankful for each other

What are you thankful for?

We all need a little more humor in our lives

I don’t know about you but at the end of the day when I finally get some “me time” I want to curl up with a book that will make me smile, make me feel good and make me laugh. I want to read a book that will make me laugh way more than one that will make me cry. I also love a happy ending even if it is a little sappy.

Thank You Eddie!

You never know what kind of amazing artwork you will find when you come into the library or attend one of our programs. We have many people who work very hard to make it all happen! Eddie Glaze is one of our “go to” people whenever we need help. He has volunteered countless hours and created some really amazing artwork. We just wanted to say “Thank you!”

Mystery Book Club

Don’t forget to mark your calendar for Wednesday, November 17th at 11:00 am so you can join our Mystery Book Club. We meet the third Wednesday of every month to discuss a good mystery book, have some lively discussions and share in some good snacks. Everyone is welcome! This month’s pick is Robert Parker’s Widow’s Walk.
