Parker Williams Library is located at the intersection of Scarsdale Blvd. and Beamer Rd. From I-45 S take the Scarsdale Blvd. exit. Turn right on Scarsdale Blvd. Follow Scarsdale for approximately two miles to Beamer Rd. Cross Beamer. Turn right into the Scarsdale Plaza Shopping Center. About the Parker Williams Branch

The Parker Williams branch opened in 1993. It is named for Dr. Parker Williams, former Library Director and President of San Jacinto College – South Campus. The library is part of a joint complex shared by the Harris County Courthouse.

The Parker Williams Branch Library Friends group meets monthly; please call the library for dates and times. They sponsor and ongoing book fair, and support the library by providing volunteer help and financial assistance for the Summer Reading Program.
