Citizenship Classes

 

Our Citizenship Class is currently in full effect here at High Meadows. Teachers, Sharon, Maria, and Monica, are already looking to the future and planning next year's first session which will start in January. If you are interested in attending the current class, come by on Wednesdays and/or Thursdays at 10am. 

During Citizenship classes, you will learn the steps to becoming a U.S. Citizen and staff will also help prep you for the citizenship test.

Each of our 7 book clubs (yes, that’s right – 7!) is open to new members, so take a look at the list below to see what they are reading next. Let's talk about the technology issues concerning you! People from Freeman Library will be here to address questions about desktops/laptops, smartphones, digital tablets, HCPL eMedia, and more.

October Adult Crafts-To-Go Kit is Here!

Adults - please stop by the upstairs Reference Desk, to pick up an Adult Crafts-To-Go kit. This month's project is a scratch-art leaf. This free kit will include all materials necessary as well as instructions. This project will be available to adult patrons while supplies last.

Breast Cancer Awareness Craft

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and in honor we will be making a pink pearl ribbon bag clip.
