Guitar Classes on Tuesday

Today is Tuesday, Oct 23, and our Guitar class will be at 5 pm under the tree house.  Participants will learn the basic guitar chords taught by local guitarist Kevin Groover.  The class if full at this time, but we will have another class sometime in 2019.  It is another great program that the Little Blue Library has going on.  

Evening class--Microsoft Word: An Introduction

WordThe class will cover the following: setting MS Word defaults; text and paragraph editing; and creating, saving, and printing documents.

Time: 6:30-8:30 p.m.

Where: Spring Branch-Memorial Library

On Wed October 10/24 from 1-3 PM a rep from Harris County Public Health & Education Services will be at Kingwood Library to provide information & answer questions about the immunization process.

Homeschool Support Group

Homeschoolers! Join us this Saturday for our Homeschool Support Group.

Each month will have a different theme for discussion with suggested materials. Readings are NOT required. Please bring your own experiences and knowledge and join in on our discussions.

Variety of backgrounds, religious beliefs, and lifestyles are encouraged. We come with an open mind and words of encouragement. Reflect, pick brains, grow, and plan for the future.

Wednesday Adult Programs for The Little Blue Library

Today is Wednesday Oct 17 and we had Spin-a-Yarn at 11 am at the Mercer Botanic Center.  It is located at 22540 Aldine Westfield Rd.  For more information on the location, please call Carrie at 832-927-5480. If you like to do crafts, sew, knit, crochet and chat, then this is the group for you.  Then later at 5 pm we will have our Word Crafters meeting at 5 pm in the Starbucks at 1960 & Aldine Westfield Rd.  If you like to write or would like to start, come join us.  We would love to see you there!
