Baby Time

Kingwood Pop-Up Library!

While our building is currently closed the Kingwood Library staff has been hard at work to bring our services back to the community. We are happy to announce that we will be starting a Pop-Up Library at the Kingwood Community Center next week on Wednesday, November 8th!


Join us on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM for story times, checkouts from a small selection of materials, returns, and new card registration! The Kingwood Community center is located at 4102 Rustic Woods Dr, Kingwood, TX 77345. 

We will have Lapsit story time, for ages 0 to 18 months, on Tuesdays and Toddler Time, for ages 18 months to 3 years old, on Wednesdays. Both Tuesdays and Wednesdays will also have an all ages Family Story time. 

Santa Claus is Coming!

 

Santa will be here on December 21st from 1-3pm. Stop by and take a picture with Santa, enjoy some refreshments, and check out some books!

Barbara Bush Holiday Gathering

Join us for a Holiday Gathering on Saturday, December 2nd from 1pm to 3pm at the Cypress Creek Christian Church & Community Center (across from the library). 

We will have food, crafts, music, and Santa will be making a visit. You can check out and return books as well as get a library card. Bring the kids and join us for a fun afternoon!

NaNoWriMo: How to Write a Book in 30 Days, Thursday, Nov. 16, 3:15 pm. Free writing day.

International Observe the Moon Night

Join us on Thursday, November 2nd from 6-7:30pm at the Cypress Creek Christian Church and Community Center for International Observe the Moon Night. 

We will have a guest speaker, and you'll get to learn about the moon. We've also got some hands on activities for you and you'll get a chance to catch up with fellow library patrons and staff!

Family Storytime - Updated Schedule

Halloween Party

On the spookiest day of the year, we at High Meadows are throwing a fun Halloween Party! Join us in our Meeting Room from 3-5pm for some bone chilling games, creepy crafts, and ghoulish treats! 

Come dressed up and ready to party with us on Halloween! 

Don't forget to stop by before then and make your guess for our Candy Corn contest. If you guess right, you can win the jar of candy corn! A winner will be chosen on October 25th.
