Pendulum Painting @ North Channel's Tween Time

Tween Time Pendulum PaintingNorth Channel's Tween Time had lots of fun outside today Pendulum Painting.

In exchange of the paint brush we used a pendulum and we used paint mixed with corn starch (for quick drying purposes). A pendulum is a fixed object hung from a point so it can swing freely back and forth due to the force of gravity. If you'd like more information on today's craft, check out the website for Pendulum Painting Made Easy.

School is almost out and North Channel Library has lots of fun activities in store. Check out the Online Calendar for more Tween Time events and other Summer Reading Programs.
