Free Lunch For Children Ages 1-18

Starting Tuesday, June 7, 2016 from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays the South Houston Branch Library will be serving FREE Lunch to children ages 1-18 years of age.  Meals will be provided by the Houston Food Bank Summer Food Service Program. Adult Movie Mania

Join us on Monday, May 23, 2016 @ 1:30 pm for a recently released inter-galactic box office hit. Basic Presentation Making

Take time this year to learn something new! Learn the basics of Microsoft PowerPoint 2013 in this 2 hour session. We will learn to create slides, apply text and use preset styles.

Coffee & Crochet "A Rose for Mom"

Do you like to crochet or would you like to learn? Join us on Thursday, April 28, 2016  from 10:30 am to 12 pm. We will be working on a rose for mother's day. Did you know that you don't have to own an e-reader to read an ebook? You can read ebooks directly on your computer screen with Overdrive. Bring you library card and come learn how to use Overdrive Read on a pc in this fun mini session!

Free Immunizations/Vacunas Gratis

Star Wars Robotics for Teens!

Teens, come meet BB-8™ and his friend Sphero! The app-enabled DroidBB-8 has something unlike any other robot - an adaptive personality that changes as you play. We will use our iPads to move him around and give him commands in the fun "play" session Friday March 18th at 4:30 p.m! This program is a part of our bi-monthly Teen S.T.E.A.M. schedule, so check back in a couple of months for another fun program! Easter Adult Craft "Sequin Egg"
