Due to Hurricane Harvey arriving on August 26th, we never got to view My Hero Academia.

Since it is such an awesome series, we are dedicating the time to view it.

With Banned Books Week starting the next day, the Parker Williams Anime Club is going to explore the world of Psycho Pass, a place where your mental state is determined by the color of you hue.

The Parker Williams Branch Anime Club is continuing our summer session with an extended binge watching edition of playing the as many of mini-series FLCL (Fooly Cooly) (TV-14). Can we watch all the episodes? I think we can!

Anime Club – Introduction to the Classics May 26th @ 5 PM [13+]

From crude cartoons of the 1920s to the ninth season of Naruto (2002), we will be covering the classic anime that is available through Crunchyroll.com.

Learn about some of the first manga to anime adaptions like the 1967 Princess Knight.

Hear the crunch of metal from 1990s Mobile Suit Gundam Wing (1995).

Find out more about mega series like the 700 episode and going One Piece (1999).

All these and more will be talked about on May 26th at 5 PM in the Library Community Room at the Parker Williams Branch.

Teen Sashiko Sewing & Anime Club - May 9 @ 4:30
