Artist's Date this Thursday!

Drop your chores, pick up your art supplies and your lunch, and come and enjoy a mellow day at the library with other Adult artists. We've been doing this about every six months--this is our fourth 'date', and it's a lovely time to meet other artists in the community and do a little of the painting or sketching that you might otherwise leave until all your other pressing activities are complete!

We'll meet at about 10:00 a.m. (or whenever you get here) to do our own thing for the morning. Then we'll break for lunch (the library will provide a light dessert and coffee). Afterwards, Bill Epps, a retired architect, will give us a demonstration about various aspects of painting architectural features in watercolor. I don't know everything he plans to do, but learning how to draw in perspective and how to paint an effective under-painting are on the list.

We'll be in the area at the front of the library that we call the 'Sun Room'; behind the elevators and between the Westerns and the CD Audiobooks. Join us if you can!
