Make Time To Read or Listen To A Book This Summer

Just came back from a relaxing vacation. I didn't want to run out of reading material so I took ten or more titles with me on my e-reader.  HCPL offers e-books to read and audio books to listen to as you vacation or commute. To download e-books go to www.hcpl.net and click on eBooks and More. From there you can browse the Digital Media Catalog and OneClick Digital. There are many authors available including Alexander McCall-Smith, Joanne Fluke, Janet Evanovich as well as Agatha Christie.

Audio Books Playlist For Children

Many of you will soon be celebrating Spring Break. So, I wanted to highlight audio books for young children. The items that I have chosen not only include the picture book, but they also include a musical CD version. I encourage you to try these out during your next car trip.
