The Clear Lake City - County Freeman Branch Library invites you to join us for our February Programs*.  We look forward to TGIF Programs, various book clubs (mystery, great books, two science fiction/fantasy clubs, and  *NEW* - YA Book Club for Adults), Freeman Needlecrafters, Girl Scout Express, Clear Lake Area Writers (CLAW), SCORE and Brand Consulting Programs, Workforce Solutions Job Search Seminars, MWA Advisors Retirement Lecture Series, and The 2013 President’s Day Trivia Challenge.

The Clear Lake City - County Freeman Branch Library invites you to join us for our November Programs*.  We look forward to under50over, various book clubs (mystery, great books, two science fiction/fantasy clubs, and *NEW* - Spanish Language Book Club), Crafts-to-Go, Freeman Needlecrafters, SCORE - QuickBooks,  Girl Scout Express,  Clear Lake Area Writers (CLAW), and “In the Footsteps of Marco Polo.”

All programming is supported by the Friends of Freeman Library.
 

Clear Lake Area Writers (CLAW)

Freeman Library has partnered with the Clear Lake Area Writers (CLAW), a free writers’ critique group, which meets on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of every month from 10 a.m.-12:00 noon (November and December, 2nd Saturday only). 

CLAW welcomes amateurs, hobbyists, semi-pros and pros across all genres, so if you have a piece of writing that you would like critiqued bring it in.  You can also help provide feedback to others who have brought in their own works.  CLAW also welcomes listeners, so feel free to join in even if you don’t have a piece of writing to critique.
