Starry Day, Starry Night at Aldine Library

Friday, June 17th at 2 PM was supposed to be an hour of magic at Aldine Library with none other than Ronald McDonald. Ronald was not able to make it. In his place, creative magic unfolded at Aldine in the form of beautiful chalk illustrations done by children in the style of Vincent van Gogh's Starry Night. It was a time of great family fun. The chalk drawings are now on display in the children's section of the library. Come by, take a look, and enjoy the night skies.

Open A Book to Discover A World of Creative Possibilities

When children are given opportunities to explore, discover and create they develop skills, which can be applied to other areas of their lives; such as creativity and problem solving. So, open a book to expand the possibilities in your child’s life.
