Crocodile Encounter

Crocodile Encounter visits Freeman Library on Thursday, July 19 @ 2:30 & 3:30 pm

Looking to hang out with a baby alligator, a snake or two and some other fun reptiles?  Join us on Thursday, July 19 for a visit from Crocodile Encounter at 2:30 & 3:30 pm.  This program is recommended for children 5 years and older.   We'll learn some fantastic facts about the animals and then we'll get a chance to touch some of them.  Tickets are required.  They're free and available 30 minutes before each session.  This program is popular, so children and their adult may want to arrive about 20 minutes before the tiickets are to be given out.  Thank you to the Friends of Freeman Library for their support of this program.

It's already the 3rd week of this year's Summer Reading Program, Build A Better World!  Are you having as much fun as we are?  This Monday, June 19th at 3:00 pm, we guarantee tons of fun when Crocodile Encounter comes to the Children's Area!  Meet and learn about real crocodiles and other small reptiles. And, if you aren't the squeamish type, you can even touch them and possibly get a chance to hold them.  We will have plenty of hand sanitizer for those that do!  This program is FREE and appropriate for all ages.  Call the library at 832-559-4235 for more information.
