Austin firefighter, and former professional tri athlete, Rip Esselstyn, offers a diet for those looking to lower their cholesterol. In The Engine 2 Diet he advocates switching to a vegan diet low in fat and sugar. It’s definitely not a diet for everyone, but I enjoyed it because I was interested in lowering my cholesterol.
