Hurricane & Disaster Preparedness!

Hurricane season is upon us!  On Wednesday, August 7 at 6:30 P.M., the Harris County Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management will be on hand to present "Hurricane & Disaster Preparedness".  This informative program, which will be held in the library Meeting Room, is free and open to the public.

Hurricane season is here, are you ready? We will be hearing from the Office of Homeland Security & Emergency Management next Tuesday at 6:30 PM.  Join us as we get evacuation tips and find out if your disaster emergency kit is good enough.  Topics will include what you can do before the season start to prepare your home, what needs to be done when the storm is on it’s way, how to survive during the storm, and what needs to be done during the aftermath.
