English as a Second Language Classes for 2015-- Register NOW!

 Need to improve your English skills? The Galena Park Library will begin accepting Level 1 English as a Second Language (ESL) applications for our free classes on Monday, Dec. 22nd.  We will offer two Level 1 classes starting in January. The Monday and Tuesday 10-12 noon classes will be starting Mon. Jan. 12th. Come in today to register!

¡Atención, estudiantes de inglés! El 22 de diciembre la biblioteca Galena Park comenzará a aceptar solicitudes para nuestras clases de inglés que ofreceremos en el año nuevo. Habrá dos clases nuevas para el nivel 1: lunes y martes 10-12 por la mañana.

Las clases empiezan el lunes 12 de enero de 2015. Todas las clases son gratis.¡Venga a la biblioteca hoy para llenar una solicitud e inscribirse en las clases!

At the North Channel Branch we will begin accepting Level 1 English as a Second Language (ESL) applications for our free classes on Monday, Dec. 22nd.  We will offer two Level 1 classes starting in January. The Monday and Wednesday 10-12 noon classes will be starting Mon. Jan. 12th and Tuesday and Thursday 6-8 PM classes begin Tues. January 13th. 

       For ESL Level 2 students, we accept applications for the ongoing Tuesday/Thursday 6-8 PM evening class throughout the year. We will begin new ESL Level 2 Monday/Wednesday 10-12 noon classes Monday Jan. 12th and begin accepting applications for that class Dec. 22nd as well. Come in today to register!

ESL Level 1 Classes to Start September 9-10

 If you or someone you know needs to learn to speak, read and write English, please complete the ESL Application in person at the North Channel Library, 15741 Wallisville Rd., Houston, TX 77049  **New Level 1 classes start on Tues. Sept. 9th at 6 pm and Wed. Sept. 10th at 10 am. Classes are held in the Meeting Room. Please call for more information: 281-457-1631

Do you know someone who interested in learning English as a second language?

At the Baldwin Boettcher Library we are offering ESL classes. The classes are free and the only requirement is to fill out a Student Interview Form.
The available classes at this time are:
Beginner – Mondays 1 pm to 3:30 pm
Intermediate – 12 pm to 3 pm
Beginner – Fridays 1 pm to 3 pm
More classes may become available in the near future.

Do you know someone who wants to learn English?

Starting on January 7th ESL classes will start for beginning English speakers at the Baldwin Boettcher Branch Library. These are weekly classes for adults who want to learn English. Class size is limited. Sign up at the service desk or call 281-821-1320. The classes will be held Thursdays from 1:00pm to 3:00 pm in the Library Meeting Room. Sign up! It will be fun and it is free!
