With the advent of beautiful fall weather, there’s no better time than the present to take your furry pal to the dog park on Franz Road, right next door to Katy Library. If you don’t have a dog yet, or Fido needs to brush up on his manners before he can go to the park, stop by Katy Library and peruse our resources for dog owners.
