Family Storytime

Several Children's Programs coming up later this week!

Here are some upcoming programs in the Children's Department:  Thursday, October 13 @ 4:30 pm, children 3-12 years old can get ready for fall/Halloween decorating by making a cute bat and designing a couple of fun buttons to wear; Thursday, October 13 @ 6 pm, children can wear their pajamas or bring a stuffed animal friend to Pajama Storytime; and Tweens 8-12 years old can create an amazing mask on Friday, October 14 @ 2:00 pm.  All these programs require tickets.  They are free and available in the Children's Department starting 30 minutes before the program.

Family Storytime starts Saturday, September 3 @ 11:00 am

Starting this Saturday, September 3 at 11:00 am, we will have a Family Storytime on the first and third Saturdays of the month.   The storytime is for children from infants on up.   We will meet in the sofa seating area in the middle of the Children's Department.  No tickets are needed for this fun program where we will have stories, songs, and other activities.

If you can't make this session, our next Saturday storytime will be September 17 at 11:00 am.

I want to thank everyone who has participated in our reading program this summer.  It has been so wonderful to see all of our friends and to assist you with finding books. However, the fun doesn't stop there because we have great programs for children of all ages throughout the year.
