The Friends of the Tomball Community Library are holding a Book Sale  this Saturday, September 26th from 1-4 pm.

It's going to be a celebratory day at the library and we are going to have a fiesta of a book sale. Books normally sell for $1.00 each, but on Saturday, you can buy two and get a third one free! You'll find something for every reader, from beginner to expert. We have books to cover every interest, too, from fiction to nonfiction, recreational to inspirational. There will be a good supply of romances, mysteries and other genres for you to chose from!

Also, if you become a member of the Friends group, you will get a free book bag and be able to fill it with FIVE free books!

Books for Sale!

Books for sale! Books for sale!

The Friends of the Stratford Library have received many generous donations lately. Come check out our selection of gently used CDs, movies, adult, and children's books.

Located in our foyer and available for a small donation, all funds collected go to support the Stratford Library.

Thank you for donating and thank you for supporting the Friends!

The Friend's of the Library shop is open for business!

Now we hope you have all seen, and gotten some reading materials from our Friend's of the Library book sale. And we know you've gotten a pair of head phones at our front desk. Did you know we have also been selling manilla folders, pens, and pencils?

And if that isn't exciting enough for you our friend's group has just started selling chips!

A special thanks

Thanks to all of you who braved the cold last Saturday to participate in our Friends of the Library Birthday Bargains book sale. We appreciate everyone who donated gently used books to the Friends, either to add to our collection or to sell to raise funds for library programming. We also appreciate our Friends and staff who put in hours of work preparing for the sale. And especially we are deeply grateful to all of you who bought books. We hope you enjoy them! Please come back on Saturday, January 31st and celebrate our tenth anniversary.
