Popping Up in May

We had another great turn out for our Pop up Library at Cypress Trails United Methodist Church this Monday.  The story time theme this week was Ice Cream.  Victoria read a cute story about a dog and his ice cream, and the kids put together a cute ice cream cone craft.   We will be at the Church two more Mondays, so if you have books to return or would like to browse the collection then come join us Monday, May 14.  We would love to see you there!

We would love to have you here!  There will be no Spin-A-Yarn or Word Crafters next week, Wednesday, March 14th due to the mid-semester break for the college.  Our programs will resume  at LSC-NH on Wednesday, March 21.

Ricky and Lucy Update

A lot has happened over the last few months, and we thought it would be nice to give you all an update on how Ricky and Lucy are doing.  First of all, they are doing good.  They survived the stress of Harvey and have been on a journey since then staying with beloved staff as a temporary home until we re-open.  They are adjusting well and look healthy and happy.  Birds seem to be like children; they are resilient and make it through tough times with laughter and smiles, or should one say happy chirping.   We will continue to keep you updated on the birds, and post a picture of them now and then.  We love Ricky and Lucy, and we know you do to!
