Building Life Skills – Meal Prep January 11th @ 5 PM [7+]

     We all need to eat. That’s a fact. As the new year starts, we typically want to shed some of the weight that we added on form all of those delicious holiday treats.

     Join us on January 11th at 5PM in the Library Community Room at the Parker Williams Branch Library. We will be learning how to plan a week’s worth of meals, create a shopping list, and the essentials of preparing your food ahead of time so that you have a healthy option when you just don’t feel like cooking.
