Bridging Cultures Program

The Barbara Bush Library is offering a series of programs this fall related to a grant that the library has received from the Calligraphic designAmerican Library Association and the National Endowment for the Humanities entitled "Bridging Cultures: Muslim Journeys." On Saturday, November 2, at 1:30pm, the topic will be "The Abrahamic Faith: the Muslim Perspective."  Representatives from the Islamic Society of Greater Houston and the local Al Salaam Mosque will present basic information about Islam and answer questions.
