para los ninosPlease join us next week for the Para los Ninos/For the Children Storytime with bilingual activities developed by the Children's Museum of Houston! This month's theme is Healthy Bodies & Healthy Minds. Each family attending will receive a pass for 4 people to the museum! February's Para los Ninos programs will be held on Tuesday, February 26th at 10:30 am and 1:30 pm. Groups please call in advance.
 

Mouse Paint with Para Los Ninos

The North Channel Library had a visit this morning from the Children's Museum of Houston as they presented their Para Los Ninos program.  In this session, we read Mouse Paint by Ellen Stoll Walsh and then mixed and created our own color creations!  Next week we will be back to our regular Tuesday morning Toddler Time storytime geared toward children&nb

Para los ninos en la biblioteca de Aldine

Para Los Niños, un programa  de aprendizaje de la familia que sirva a los padres cuya primera lengua es español, esta volviendo a la biblioteca de Aldine.  El museo de los niños de Houston presentará el programa de Para Los Niños en inglés y español a partir de 11 am hasta 1 PM en este sábado 12 de noviembre. La clase continuará reuniéndose el segundo sabado de cada mes. ¡Le veremos allí!

Para Los Ninos at the Aldine Library

Calling all parents, grandparents and guardians! You requested and we delivered. That’s right. The Para Los Niños program is back at the Aldine Library and it’s better than ever. The Children’s Museum of Houston will be presenting the Para Los Niños workshop in English and Spanish from 11 am until 1 pm on the second Saturday of each month beginning November 12th. This is a free, fun-filled, family event. You don’t want to miss out. Clear your schedule, pack up the family and head to the Aldine Library. Seating is limited. See you there!

This Saturday, May 1st, we're having a Para los niños "For the Children" program at 11:00 AM in our Children's Area.  All activities will be in English and Spanish.  Please come and join us for this Parent and Child Learning Program.  A parent or guardian participation is required.  Free Children's Museum passes will be given out for participating.

Para Los Ninos at North Channel LibraryToday was the last program day for Para Los Ninos here at the North Channel Library before summer.  Over 100 children and parents have enjoyed a spring full of Para Los Ninos programs.  Lots of fun was had with stories, activities, and face painting!   Be sure to keep a lookout for our Para Los Ninos sessions to start up again in the fall.

Para Los Ninos is a parent/child workshop series which features bilingual stories and activities developed by the Children's Museum of Houston for children ages 0-7.  Attendees recieve a free ticket to the Children's Museum at the end of the program.  See you in September

Para los niños, un programa de aprendizaje de la familia que sirva a los padres cuya primera lengua es español, esta volviendo a la biblioteca de Aldine el próximo mes. Para los niños se ofrecerá el segundo sábado de cada mes en la biblioteca de Aldine del 10:30 AM hasta el 12:30 P.M. El programma comienza el sábado 8 de mayo y extiende hasta el sábado 11 de diciembre de 2010.
