Have you noticed that the library is looking a little like a museum lately? That's because we are lucky enough to host a temporary exhibit from the Museum of Arts, Houston titled "A Passion for Glass" featuring the work of Rene Lalique (1860-1945), one of the most celebrated glass makers in the world. Known for his Art Noveau and Art Deco style, Mr. Lalique is also recognized for modernizing and mass producing his art glass objects. Don't miss this chance to check out this display up close. The exhibit moves to the Kingwood Branch Library on February 4th.
