Getting Back on Track Financially After a Loss or a Divorce

On Tuesday, February 14th, Brenda Banks of Merrill Lynch will present a free seminar at Kingwood Library on "Getting Back on Track Financially After a Loss or a Divorce" from 12-1:30 PM in the Meeting Room.

The presentation will cover how to set up an objective review of your finances, stay socially involved, consider a physical checkup, making house decisions carefully, and other points to consider. No registration is required.

Cancellation of Black History Month Program on 2/9/17

Kingwood Library patrons: the Black History Month program "Dreams and Hopes of the Slave: The Middle Passage to The Middle Class" has been cancelled. The program was to feature a guest speaker from Lonestar College on Thursday February 9th from 7-9 PM. I will let you know if and when this special presentation is rescheduled.
