Scatterbug Robots

Tomorrow, Wednesday October 11th at 4pm we will be making another robot! This week's robot is a scatterbug. He's sure to scatter around and scare parents! What a perfect robot for Halloween! Registration isn't required. Join us in our meeting room for tons of Robotics fun.

Robots are coming to High Meadows!

Join us every Wednesday at 4pm in October for some Robotics Fun! We will be creating a new robotics project every week.

Our first robot Kevin (pictured below) can draw all on his own!

Star Wars Robotics for Kids and Teens

Come meet and have fun with BB-8, an app-enabled droid, and use an iPad to move him around and give him commands in this fun “play” session.  We will be offering this program on 2 different days for the following age groups:

Children ages 8-12 on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 from 2pm-3pm

Teens ages 13-17 on Thursday, August 17, 2017 from 2pm-3pm

Teen Coding with Robots - Wed. March 15 @ 4:30 PM

On Wednesday, March 15, from 4:30-5:30 PM, we’re learning how to code with robots at the Kingwood Branch Library! Using Blocky, a JavaScript coding language, teens can program Dash & Dot robots to navigate through an obstacle course.

Dash & Dot robots are part of Codename Gener8, a science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM)-focused program for teens.
