United Space Alliance LEGO Robotics Camp returns to Freeman in January

  The USA LEGO Robotics Camp returns to Freeman Library on Saturdays January 28, February 4, 11 and 18.  The camp is recommended for children 7-11 years old.  There are two sessions of the camp each week: 1-2:30 pm or 3-4:30 pm.  It is sponsored by United Space Alliance (USA) and Friends of Freeman Library.  The children work in pairs to build a variety of LEGO projects using a program on a laptop computer.  They learn science, math, and robotic principles as well as patience and cooperation.

USA LEGO Robotics Camp returns in October

The USA LEGO Robotics Camp returns to Freeman Library in October.  This free camp is designed for children 7-11 years old.  It is sponsored by United Space Alliance (USA) and the Friends of Freeman Library.  The camp will be held Saturdays October 1, 8, 15, and 22.   There are two sessions of the camp each week: 1-2:30 pm or 3-4:30 pm.    

The children work in pairs or small groups to put together LEGO projects using a program on a laptop.  They learn robotics, mathematics, and engineering concepts as well as values such as sharing and cooperation.

USA LEGO Robotics Camp coming back this summer

                                        

 The United Space Alliance (USA) and The Friends of Freeman Library will be sponsoring two summer sessions of the USA LEGO Robotics Camp for children 7-11 years old.  The sessions run for four weeks.  The first session will be the Saturdays in June (4, 11, 18 and 25) and the second session will be the four Saturdays starting July 16 through August 6.   Campers may choose a session from 1-2:30 pm or 3-4:30 pm.
