Create Christmas Cards @ North Channel

This Saturday, December 8th from 10am to 3pm, the North Channel Scrapbooking Club will meet at the library.  This month they will be creating Christmas cards and ornaments.  All you need to bring are materials and your creativity!

Scrapbooking fun with Mia!

Do you have an inner craft diva waiting to come out?  Then you should join Mia as she holds her Scrapbook program on the second Saturday of every month.  This month, Mia has a special scrapbooking program where we will learn how to make unique cards.  Bring any photos you want to create a special and meaningful card this Saturday, October 8th from 10 am to 3 pm.  No registration is required.  This program is open to kids, teens and adults!

Under 50 Over for Summer 2011

The Clear Lake City - County Freeman Branch Library anticipates Fridays as it continues the under50over Program in Summer 2011. The schedule of events for Summer 2011 is to the left.* In the Summers, under50over will present a Technology Petting Zoo, Scrapbooking, and Movies.

All programs except for Movie Day start at 10:30 am each Friday morning. On Movie Days, under50over begins starts at 10:15 am. Programs normally take place in the Marge Jacobson Community Room on the first floor. The light refreshments are compliments of the Friends of Freeman.

The demonstration will include a lesson about photo organization and preservation. If you have a scrapbook you would like to share, please bring it along!
