Sushi Anyone?

Sushi is a Japanese dish of cold cooked rice shaped in small cakes and topped or wrapped with other ingredients such as pieces of raw fish.

In celebration of the 2016 Gulf Coast Reads book selection ("The Train to Crystal City" by Jan Jarboe Russell), the Aldine Library will feature a sushi program on Tuesday, October 18th at 2 PM.

Come learn about how sushi is prepared and enjoy some sushi samples!
