Hungry For More Hunger Games?

Teens and tweens are invited to Kingwood Library for a "Hunger Games" themed party!  This Summer Reading Club kick-off will include various fun activities and a "Hunger Games" Trivia Challenge. Individuals between the ages of 8 and 18 are welcome to come join us on Monday, June 4, from 3-5 p.m. in the library Meeting Room. For more information about this free program, call 281-360-6804 or visit our Young Adult Department on the second floor.

Cook It! Teens and tweens, join us at 4 pm on Thursday, July 22nd, to make sandwiches! Put what YOU like on your sandwich--and take a bite out of...boring summer afternoon time! Creative Writing Club @ Your Library

Do you have a creative streak--and yearn to write? Poetry? Fiction? Join your fellow creative writing enthusiasts at the North Channel Library this coming Friday, June 25th, at 4 pm in the Meeting Room. Librarian Kelly H. Wanted: Teen and Young Adult Volunteers

Are you 14 or older and need community service hours for your school, want to add experience to a job or college resume or just want an creative outlet for your unique talents? If so, Spring Branch Memorial Library would love to have you for a few hours per week to help prepare crafts for storytime, create bulletin boards or shelve books. If interested please come on in and fill out a teen volunteer application.
