November Kid's Craft

Can you name a Native American Indian tribe from the Southeast Alaskan coast? This tribe also goes by the name of Kolosh, Lingit, or "People of the Tides"...Join us this Wednesday, November 11 at 4:30pm for our November Kid's Craft where we'll explore some seasonal arts and crafts by spraying watercolor paint to make turkey decorations and also make a Tlingit Whale art craft with cut paper.  Enjoy some Native American inspired snacks too! Thanksgiving Craft

Did you know bubble wrap isn't just for packing? If you'd like to have fun with paint (and bubble wrap!) and make something cool for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday, then come by Wednesday, November 5th at 4:30pm...We'll meet in the  Public Meeting Room and everyone will get to take home their own "Corn-y Wreath" keepsake creation! Recommended for children ages 4 and up. Groups please call the library at 281-457-1631.

Make Some Crafts And Be Thankful


Are you ready for Thanksgiving? Yes? Good! So, I guess you already know what kind of decorations you will put up, right? Did you say no? Oh well, don’t you worry yourself. I got the perfect solution. Join us on November 19th @ 4:30 pm in the Robin Bush Activity Room to make some fabulous Thanksgiving crafts. Oh, it shall be fun.

Make Your Thanksgiving Table Perfect

Do you have all your Thanksgiving decorations yet?  We can help you with that.  This Tuesday at 2 PM, adults of all ages are invited to come make these beautiful but very simple Indian corn napkin rings for your Thanksgiving table.  Click here to sign up for this and other programs in November.

Thanksgiving Crafts & Games

School age children and their friends are invited to enjoy some special Thanksgiving crafts and games.  Date: Thursday, November 17, 4:00pm to 5:00pm.

After School Adventures Club Thanksgiving Craft

Kids, please join us on us on Thursday afternoon (Nov. 12) at 4 p.m. for the After School Adventure Club. This month we will make decorate cookies and make Thanksgiving placemats. Activities are most appropriate for childrens ages 5 to 12. All materials will be provided.
