Pokemon Club!

Join us for Pokemon Club this Friday, October 13 at 4:30 pm. All Pokemon trainers ages 8-12 are welcome to come and trade Pokemon cards, play your DS, or Pokemon Go! There will be drinks and snacks. For more information please call 713-466-4438.

Teen Book Club: Halloween Edition

Join us on Wednesday, October 18th at 3pm for our Teen Book Club. 

Our October title is "Anna Dressed in Blood" by Kendare Blake. Copies are available to check out in our Teen Section. Stop on by to check out your copy today.

Robots are coming to High Meadows!

Join us every Wednesday at 4pm in October for some Robotics Fun! We will be creating a new robotics project every week.

Our first robot Kevin (pictured below) can draw all on his own! 

Registration isn't required. Join us in our meeting room for tons of Robotics fun!

DIY: Glitter Light Switch Craft

Join us on Thursday, September 14, 2017 from 4:30 pm-5:30 pm for a fun and cool teen craft!  Teens will give a plain light switch cover a glittery makeover to add glitz and sparkle to their room!  All materials will be provided courtesy of the Friends of the South Houston Library.  Program is recommended for children ages 10-17 years of age.  For more information please contact the branch at 832-927-5530.

Tweens & Teens: Get Crafty with Camp Stitch-a-Lot: Macrame Edition

Calling all Tweens and Teens! Join us for a week of Macrame! Create a different project every day. Learn how to knot bracelets, headbands, necklaces, and a dreamcatcher. Registration is suggested as supplies and space is limited. This program is open to tweens and teens ages 10-18 years old. You can pick up a registration form at the front desk of the library.
