Yoga for Adults, Wednesday Evenings at 6:15 pm

Yoga is Back!

Yoga took a break early this month due to our Volunteer Fair.  It is back this weekend though!  Join us on Saturday at 3 PM for our next yoga class.  Yoga can be a very relaxing and centering exercise program.  Come as we learn about the benefits and basic how-to of yoga.  We would love to see you this Saturday as we exercise our minds and bodies.  Pre-registration is recommended.  Click here to register.

New Year's Resolution?

What was your New Year's resolution?  Did you resolve to get healthy? Exercise more?  Learn relaxation techniques?  In that case, Maud Marks Library would love to help you meet those goals.

After a (very) short break, yoga is back at the Maud Marks Library.  We will be starting back tomorrow at 10 AM with our beginner yoga class.  The class is held the first Saturday of every month at 10 AM and the third Saturday of every month at 3 PM.  You can join up at any time but registration is required.  There are only a few spots left for this Saturday so click here to register.
