I like to use oil pastels with school-aged children. However, be aware that oil pastels will stain clothing.

The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, has many educational programs for families. Encluding workshops in their studio and storytimes. I would highly encourage families to take part in these exciting opportunities.

Notes
|
Ditto sheets should not be used for art projects. It is best when projects are open ended so that children can express their own creativity.
