Itsy Bitsy Spider/La Ara?a Peque?ita
Itsy Bitsy Spider

The itsy, bitsy spider
went up the water spout.
Down came the rain
and washed the spider out.

Out came the sun
and dried up all the rain.
And the itsy, bitsy spider
went up the spout again.

La Ara?a Peque?ita

La ara?a peque?ita
subi?, subi?, subi?.
Vino la lluvia
Y se la llev?.

Sali? el sol
Y todo lo sec?.
Y la ara?a peque?ita
subi?, subi?, subi?.
Un Elefante
Un elefante se balanceaba
sobre la tela de una ara?a
Como ve?a que no se ca?a
fue a buscar otro elefante.
Dos elefantes se balanceaban
sobre la tela de una ara?a
Como ve?an que no se ca?an
Fueron a buscar otro elefante
Tres elefantes se balanceaban
sobre la tela de una ara?a
Como ve?an que no se ca?an
fueron a buscar otro elefante,
etc, etc.......

Add as many elephants to the spider's web as you wish.

My Spanish-speaking partner and I take turns reading page for page (Spanish then English). Be aware: hearing each story twice (Spanish/English) can be challenging for younger children. Consequently, four or five books may be all that can be read during each story session depending on the age of your audience.
