Mommy Happy and You Know It
I adapted this song to the theme.

If your happy and you know it, blow mommy a kiss. If your happy and you know it blow mommy a kiss. If your happy and you know it, then your face will surely show it. If your happy and you know it, blow mommy a kiss.

The second verse is the same as the first verse except that you give mommy a hug.

The third verse is the same as the first, except that you jump for joy.

The fourth verse you do all three.

Shake your Sillies Out

Hot Potato
I use the Wiggles CD. It is the first song on the CD.
We made a Mother's Day card.
I printed hollowed letters that said I Love Mom onto 8 1/2 x 11 printer paper. On that paper I drew a flower vase. I made copies of this for the kids. Under the letters I Love You Mom I had the moms help their kids trace their hands. The children then colored their hands to look like flowers. Then they colored the rest of the card.
We talked about all the different ways moms take care of us and love us. In the Mommy, Where Are You book I had the children help me guess where mommy was.
