Green Eggs and Ham by:Dr.Seuss

The Cat in the Hat came to play one rainy, nothing-to-do afternoon.

Silly Hat Song

Sung to the tune of "This Old Man".
Give kids a Cat in the Hat, Hat cutout and proceed to place cutout hat on different body parts.

On my head I wear my hat it is such a silly hat, that my head will wiggle waggle to and fro. Where else can my silly hat go?

1 Fish, 2 Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish Bowl
You'll need:
Small Sandwich Bags
Foam Die Cuts of Red Fish and Blue Fish
Clear Hair Gel
Book Tape

Instructions
Give 2 Blue and 2 Red fish each
Place Fish in Sandwich Bag
Give a few squeezes of Hair Gel into Bag
Securely close Sandwich Bag
Reinforce Bag opening with a strip of Book Tape to seal.

Voila, you now have a blue and red fish squishy bowl. :)

Pin the Hat on the Cat.
Spin on the Classic "Pin the Tail on the Donkey".
Use a cut out of Dr.Seuss' "Cat in the Hat" with out his Hat. Make a replica of his hat for the kids to take turns pinning.

Also Seuss Celebration (1972) DVD contains 9 different animated movies. Some are only 5-10min long and others are feature length.

Treat:
Small cupcakes with white frosting and a green circle in the middle to look like green eggs.
