This open-ended activity is perfect for storytimes that may include mixed aged groups. I have used this craft in my Family Twilight Tales program with great success. Both young and older children enjoy making their own unique pizza. If you are in a classroom setting this theme can be expanded to teach math easily.

I have offered more books than you will need for your storytime. I feel that it is important to have choices when working with children. Flexiblity is often the key to success!
