Snow Day

On Snow a day, school is closed the children put on their snowsuits and go out into the snow and build a fort where they attack each other with snowballs.

Getting dressed to play in the snow is not that easy for boy name Froggy who kept forgetting to put on certain article of winter clothing.
Snowmen at Night by:Mark Buehner
Snowmen play games at night when everyone is fast to sleep.
Snowkey Pokey
You put your right mitten in,
You take your right mitten out,
You put your right mitten in and you shake it all about.
You do the Snowey Pokey and you turn yourself around.
That's what it's all about.

Five Little Snowmen
Five little snowmen on a winter's day
The first one said, "Wake up, so we can play"
The second one said, "Let's stomp on the ground."
The third one said, "Let's roll round."
The fourth one said, "Let's run and run and run.
The fifth one said, "I'm afraid I feel the sun."
"Oh dear, "cried the snowmen, As they looked toward the sky.
And the five melting snowmen waved a fond goodbye.

Snowfalkes, snowflakes touch the ground.

Snowflakes, snowflakes everywhere!

The children will design or dress a snowman with a scarf, mittens, boots and a hat of their choice that was pre cut out for them.
