Shark vs. Train by:Chris Barton
Shark and Train go through a series of competitions. It is determined that further testing must be devised to declare the winner of Shark vs. Train.
I’m a Shark by:Bob Shea
Shark proudly explains to the other sea creatures that being a shark he is not afraid of anything on this planet… except spiders, naturally.
The Three Little Fish and the Big Bad Shark by:Ken Geist
This is a fun fractured fairy tale, where instead of a big bad wolf and three little pigs there is a shark and three fish who say: Not by the skin of my finny-fin-fin!
Never Take a Shark to the Dentist (and other things not to do) by:Judi Barrett
This story gives strict warnings against doing certain activities with specific animals; the illustrations rather humorously explain why.
New Swim Stroke
I can do the froggie stroke,
I can do the doggie paddle,
I can do the backstroke,
And I can do the shark battle!

(Mimic each type of swimming stroke as if in the water. On the last one thrash around like you are fighting off a shark. You can add appropriate sound effects.)
Sharks (To the tune of Ring Around the Rosie)
Swimming through the ocean
(Place hands on head like a dorsal fin)
Caudal fin in motion
(Wiggle your bottom like a shark’s tail)
Splashes! Splashes!
(Clap hands)
All get out!
(Jump out of the water)
