Young Adult Picks
A Game for Swallows : to die, to leave, to return by Zeina Abirached. In this biographical graphic novel set in the midst of civil war in Beirut, Lebanon, Zeina and her brother face an evening of apprehension when their parents do not return from a visit to the other side of the city.
Gambit, Volume 1: once a thief by James Asmus and others.
Spider-men by Brian Michael Bendis and others. Peter Parker (a.k.a. Spider-Man) becomes acquainted with young Miles Morales, also known as Spider-Man from another world. The two must work together to fight the master illusionist, Mysterio, who opened the door between Parker's and Morales' worlds.
