Several subscribers to our Author Alerts service have reported receiving multiple texts for the same item. We've reported it to the vendor and we hope to have it resolved quickly. If you are receiving texts you don't want, you have these options:
1. Delete your account until the vendor fixes the issue.
2. Switch to email alerts temporarily.
To switch: login to Author Alerts, click on 'Edit settings,' enter an email address, click 'Update settings.')
