Building Life Skills – Basic Exercise February 15th @ 5 PM [9+]

     To combat the modern day convention of binge watching Nexflix and eating junk food, we will be focusing on the basic need for and types of exercise.


     Join us on February 15th at 5PM in the Library Community Room at the Parker Williams Branch Library. We will be learning how your diet effects your weight, what general guidelines the Office of the Surgeon General has given us, and a variety of exercises that are available.
